Cape Cod Home Design supplies complete design services for new residential construction as well as renovation projects. In addition to construction building plans I can supply the following: rendering (both interior or exterior), 110 wind checklist and wood or steel beam reports. I do NOT supply any engineering seals.
Our territory is the southcoast / south shore of Massachusetts as well as most of southeastern Massachusetts. I will also work on projects in any town on Cape Cod. In short, I will travel within a 1 1/2 hour drive of Fairhaven, MA.
