ABOUT US
Cape Cod Home Design provides complete architectural and structural design services for new residential construction as well as existing residential renovation design. We service the Cape Cod, southeastern Massachusetts and eastern Rhode Island area.

  • I have in-the-field construction experience as a carpenter & construction supervisor.
  • I have over 20 years of architectural design experience.
  • I have structural design experience (working under a licensed PE)
  • I have experience sizing steel beams (see above - under PE)
  • I have experience with EWP floor system design.
  • I have experience with reviewing and approval of roof truss design
  • I have experience creating renderings for plans I produce.
 
I have extensive experience in the design and documentation of residential construction projects.  With my experience I can bring your project to life to produce a set of construction documents you can use to bid, permit and build your dream home.
 
Territory covered is all of southestern Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
 
"While I now live and work on the southcoast of Massachusetts (Fairhaven - 20 minutes from the Bourne bridge) I still work on a large number of projects on the Cape. I have a core group of 3 builders on the Cape and a handful of off Cape builders I produce work for. Of course we're always willing and able to design for homeowners as well
